Bound to Conform

We see a bound blonde in several different settings including a jail cell, at the mercy of a deputy. A gagged and bound blonde in a jail cell has no choice but to obey the female deputy who put her there. Later we see her spreadeagled on the hood and windshield of the patrol car.
